Things worked out (are working out maybe)? in my favor. She came over with her friend and they loved the size of it and the yard, everything about it. She was just overwhelmed with awesomeness of the place in comparison to what she’s been living in, other places she’s looked at, etc..

I called the landlord, he’s perfectly OK with it. She was willing to be in December 1st, BUT it’d be unfair to ask Jake to be out by the 30th, it’s too short of a time period. So she’ll be coming in January 1st, which means I’m home for Christmas. How freakin PERFECT is that?!!! I mean seriously, I post an ad at 4:50 or so, get a response at 10, and within 24 hrs of the ad posting I’ve got someone willing to sign a lease with Jim and Mike and I will be free of the chains on us right now. *SQUEEL*I could be home, that nice big check at the end of December? *bills, not rent* and I’ll be all paid up and back where I BELONG!
