I have a feeling this post is going to be jumping from random topic to random topic. We’ll see right yo?
Randy’s court date was yesterday and as imagined, it was postponed till next Tuesday at 2:00PM. I cannot go, as I will be in Buffalo. I have class from 9-11 and then work 4-10. So I have to mess around for 5 hours.. doing god knows what. I really am contemplating giving those hours up not because I wanna go to the courthouse but because I really don’t want to wait 5 hours.. for 6 hours. You understand my drift right? I think I’m gonna try to just give them up, it’s only $60 and I just.. who the heck wants to sit on campus on the first day with nothing to do? What the hey is my scheduler thinking? Yes, I’ve determined I’m not doing that. It’s just insane.
Oh, and speaking of Randy because no post is complete in this new relationship without mentioning him, the judge said there’s no way he’s going to prison. He’s only 23 and he said he deserves another chance so his public defender is pushing for 6 months max and 5 years probation. If so, he should get out after 4 if he has good behavior. Since he “works” for his dad too if the judge wants to be nice he’ll give him either a month, 3 months, or weekends if we get orgasmic ally lucky. We’ll find out on Tuesday, and since I’m now giving my shifts up I should be able to attend and see what’s going on with my baby boy. He’s now able to successfully call my house without stupid error messages, so I don’t get my hopes up and then shot down when I don’t hear his oh so soothing voice. I got to see him yesterday too, all shackled up in that grungy orange and white but really never will be white again teeshirt. Ick ick ick. I’m sure when he gets out he’ll take the longest shower of his life. I see him tomorrow too, we actually have an hour. We’re trying to do every other day, since he gets 2 hrs a week but you can split it into 4 so that way I can see him every other day if I try. I’m feeling a lot more positive about being able to do this. I just hate to see my $1.67 + $.09/minute phone bills… he’s called and we’ve talked 3 hours yesterday. He also got disconnected twice, so that’s $3.40 right there. *dies* WALLLLLLLLLEEEEET SAVE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
People in financial aid irk me. They say payments go out 10 days before classes. That would be Saturday the 6th. No moolah in my bank account. I check daily, still check today, and nothing! So I’m irritated, because everyday I watch and the book prices rise and it’s costing me more and more money. *sigh* Hopefully it’s in by Thursday. Then I can go play catchup with my bills and a huge weight will be lifted from my shoulders. I look forward to that very much so. I’m not looking forward to spending another 4 hours at work though. I only got like 5 hours of sleep, if that, and it was restless. I want it to be 9:00pm so my baby can call and we can talk.. then go sleep so at 3:00pm on Wednesday I can go see him and hug/kiss him even if it is lasts a whopping 5 seconds. He’s so cute.

Holy crap it costs a lot for him to call you. I’d be all like “find yourself a prison girlfriend - I’ll talk to ya in 4 months”. Also, financial aid sounds sucky. call them and make them give you money.

Hmm, I thought I allready posted a comment on this entry, but I suppose I didn’t.
That is pretty expensive for a phonecall but worth it I;m sure. I can only imagine how much you two miss eachother.
I know what you mean about finincial aid, I’ve been fighting with student loan for about a month now over money I was supposed to have this semester. *sighs*
