I’m not in the mood to write some huge long entry but I’ll sum it up.
- I got into an accident on Friday the 1st. I’m alright but I ended up with a lot of bruising and soreness. I rear ended someone because they were at a dead stop as I came up over the hill and I was going 55mph. Their car was totaled, mine has also been declared totaled as well. Insurance is paying off the loan and then we’re filling this and that out to get it all situated. Once the title comes in (it can take up to 70 days) then I’m going back where I went for my Focus to get a new car. I may look into another focus but I’m also thinking perhaps i’ll get a Pontiac or a Cobalt.
- I’ve been working close to 40 hours a week and Randy’s mom has been taking me to/from work everyday. It’s working out for now but I can’t WAIT to have a car again. I hate relying/depending on other people. I’m also being trusted w/ more responsibilities and learning how to do service counter, yay for me. I really like it.
- Randy’s on restriction but he’s allowed a 5 min phone call everyday thanks to his counselor and he’s on restriction until the 14th, which royally blows but *sigh* You do what you can right? His release date is 7/1 so the latest they can discharge him is the 8th. He also has court on Monday for sentencing, we can hope that goes well. Oh, he’s also coming home on Sunday before I go to work so we’re leaving @ 5:45 to go get his butt. Daaaaaaaayum. It’s worth it though, I love that boy so much.
- Time is going by extremely fast but I wouldn’t mind jumping forward to a time when I have a car and Randy out so my stress lessens.

Sorry to hear about the accident - glad you are okay though. It must really be hard only getting five minute phone calls, my boyfriend calls every second day for 30mins and I find that hard *sigh*. Hopefully things start to look up for you soon.

Oh Manda.
I’m so sorry about your accident. I can very well imagine how stressful this must be for you. I remember my accident (totaled car also). The stress of not having a car and figuring out how to get from point A to point B until things were wrapped up SUCKED.
But, you’re okay, and that’s what matters most. Cars can be replaced, you can’t. *hug*
Also, who was found at fault for the accident? The other person, right? I mean, you don’t just come to a dead stop and sit on a road like that…
I hope work is going well for you. Full time, ugh, been there, done that. But money is good.
Good luck to Randy with court stuff and discharge. July 1st is right around the corner!

Oh crap… I’m so glad your okay after the car accident. At least you came better off than the car. Like Jenn said, cars can be replaced so don’t get too upset about losing the car.
I didn’t know you had a new boyfriend! I’m glad to be honest. I hope he treats you better than the last one did (can’t remember his name!)
