As you probably noticed I changed the layout. Nothing extravagent, just a quick google search and upload of a premade but hey, the internet isn’t always a priority of mine. Especially lately. Before I go on, being that it’s after midnight it is officially my 6 month anniversary with Randy. Wow, I can’t believe it’s been that long already.

I’ve made a decision regarding vehicles and what I’m going to do regarding one. The Jimmy which I drove from the time I got my license (well, Jan ‘06) until September ‘06 is going back on the road. It’s been in the driveway since I got my escort and I figured financially it’s the smartest option. K, let’s go into some numbers for a second. My insurance for my focus was $2160 for 6 months. My insurance for the jimmy would be $1120 I think. Automatically over $1,000 every 6 months in savings but the big kicker here is the car payments. It was $293/month for my car and the jimmy is a big fat $0. It’s probably going to cost roughly $250-$350 to fix so it’s definitely worth investing in until I get some of the things causing my insurance to be so expensive off of my record (inexperienced op comes off in April ‘08, speeding off in Aug ‘08, Hit/run off in Aug ‘08) plus I miss having an SUV. Then I’ll just improve it a bit so that it’s drivable and will pass inspection. Randy and I are going to start working on it this weekend (sunday we’re doing brake lines/maybe a window/gas tank) and then either mon/tues I’m going to have it put on the road.

I think i’m getting sick or just off because for some reason my appetite disappeared and that’s very much not like me. I hope I start feeling better soon. My allergies have been out of control too so at work it’s either deal with a runny nose and itchy eyes or take Benedryl and feel better but feel like I’m doped up beyond belief on something. *sigh* I just can’t win can I? It’s shitty.

Next weekend is my cousin’s grad party so we’ve gotta go to his house about an hr and a half away. Lots of food, camping, swimming, and a weekend just away with Randy so I’m looking forward to it. My uncle in WV is also wanting us to go to his house afterwards to spend some time down there for a couple days which I’d be willing to do and since Randy can’t go Pat would be. (he volunteered) so I know I’d have a lot of fun since we always do together. It’d be a lot of relaxing, 4 wheeling, camping again, swimming, fishing, and probably smoking and drinking since i’d be away from Randy. It’s been a couple months since I drank anything, could be a fun time indeed.

But now it’s night night time since it’s approximately 2:11am and I work from 9-5 tomorrow and 9-5 on Saturday as well. Sunday is off though so I’m looking forward to that. 2 more days to get through, keep chuggin’ along Manda.
