The weather is getting warmer, the sun is shining more and change is in the air. At least around here anyways. We’re trying to get my dad’s boss to give us back the other bedroom attached to our house/apartment so that my one brother can come out of the attic. It’s cold, dingy, dusty, and has birds and bees up there. *shudder* Currently, Renuzit Tri scents is running a contest that will give you $20,000 to Transform Your Home. I know with a $20,000 handout we’d make a few adjustments around here. I think we’d actually build another bedroom off of one of the downstairs rooms. That would mean each of us kids has our own room and mom has hers while dad continues to camp out on the couch like always.

I’d make it have a blue wall like my current bedroom and have a soft blue carpet. It would have 3 windows, one on each open wall so that it would be nice and bright year round. I hate dark rooms and even use lights during the day because natural isn’t enough. I’d also make sure that we had plenty of air fresheners to keep things smelling good. My dad works on a farm and we live across from a barn and next to a field that gets fertilizer put down. We’re also about 1/4 mile from a pig farm and if you’ve ever gone by one, you know they smell quite disgusting. So I’d have lots of candles and air fresheners all around when needed.
