Last night I found out that my brother’s friend’s father committed suicide. He had 3 children. One is 16, one was 12, and I don’t know about the other one. Both my brothers knew two of the kids. I don’t know why he did it but I know how upset my brothers were about it. I’ve seen my 16 year old brother cry maybe 3 times in the past 5 years? It strikes double hard because earlier in the year a friend of his went through something worse. Her parents were going through a messy divorce and the father snuck in the mother’s house, killed the mother, and then committed suicide. The girl’s are living with their aunt right now until the school year is finished but afterwards they have no where to go because the aunt is also going through a divorce. :( It’s just awful how these events seem to happen and I’ll reiterate just how selfish suicide is. People don’t think of those they leave behind and just how much they’re being hurt because of it. :(
