I just got back from a visit and I walked in and got asked if I just woke up. Haha, no I just drove 2 1/2 hours and 157 miles all by myself. This is why I went 35 days without a visit, I can’t handle the drive all the time. Driving is so mind numbing and I think I’m going to try and see if I can’t get someone to go with me next time. Otherwise we had a really good visit with lots of hugs and kisses, cuddles, and relaxation because the officers didn’t really care if people were cuddling or anything like that. It’s a nice feeling now… and tomorrow begins June aka our 7th month going through this. I’m going to go hit the sack for a few hours though, I have to work at 11 and I need SLEEP.

At work the other night Mickey told me that her husband had an angioplasty and they are only giving him 3 months to live. That’s horrible. I feel so bad for her because if I was told I had that short amount of time with the person I loved I have no idea how I’d deal. Heart problems are serious and need to be caught quickly so that the the risk of sudden cardiac death can be reduced.
