I have tonight off which feels pretty good. I’m not used to working 4 days in a row but I can’t wait until I’m working full time so my check is nice and reliable every week. Next week I’m on thurs-sat. It’s been entirely too hot lately though. I’m roasting at the moment sitting here. It’s like 82 degrees out. I’m a new yorker, this stuff is hoooooot. I have my room set at 62F, I’m about to go hide out up there with my laptop. I enjoy waking up shivering, haha. I decided to vacuum, dust, and wash all my sheets and blankets as well. Now my bed is remade with fresh pillow cases, shams, and sheets and my floor is vacuumed. One blanket is in the washer and the other in the dryer. All my clothes are washed as well. Whew. What a day for cleaning. My mom said she needs to clean the kitchen because we had company this weekend but our mop is like.. .at the end of its life and she needs a new one. Maybe a microfiber mop would be a good choice. It needs to be swept as well because with 3 dogs running around, one of which is long haired they shed a lot. It’s just been too darned hot to do anything. The weather isn’t going to improve any either. We’re looking into getting a pool. Mom is probably going to get one with her stimulus. I certainly hope so.
