This upcoming month is proving to be quite busy. Next week at work we’re going into full season so no more 3-4 day weekends for me and it will be busier at the park itself. Work is a bit better when it’s not so dead in my opinion. People are going on vacation there, it makes sense. Next weekend is the carnival and jamoree and the week after looks to be slow but after that is when my aunt and uncle and their 4 kids are coming up from WV. Then the 4th of july party along with a day trip to where I work with all the kids. Busy busy! I personally wouldn’t vacation where I work because I’ve been there so many times but maybe somewhere like Wildwood vacations which is located at Morey’s Piers, an excellent location for a vacation from what I’ve heard. There are many things to do in new jersey including the wildwood events like the Radio Disney Summer Concert Series which will have many of Disney radio’s top artists and it’s completely free. It might be worth checking out if you intended on going to NJ for other things as well. Raven from that’s so Raven will be there along with Mitchell Musso from the Hannah Montana show who plays Jackson. (I’m not ashamed to say I’ve watched most episodes).

I’m really glad that I decided to buy my air conditioner Friday. Mom went into walmart today and they’re sold OUT of all units. There were easily over 100 when we went on Friday and the shelves were stocked full. The heat wave causes people to go mad, myself included. My brother camped out on my floor last night and Pebbles spent all night and morning on my bed which is level and right next to the window. I imagine it might be like that all summer. Tomorrow we’re looking at an oval pool someone is selling that is 33′ long, 18′ wide, and 52″ deep for about $300 and it’s already disassembled. We will probably have to buy a liner for it but for that price and size it will be totally worth it. Setting it up is not going to be fun but considering summer is just beginning we’ll get the best usage out of it I hope.

We’ve all got different things we like to do during the summer. I like to bask in the A/C, swim a lot if a pool is available, sit around bonfires at night, go to cookouts, and go to the local carnivals and fairs. There’s definitely a LOT more to do in the summer than winter which is good for keeping me busy along with having a job of course. A lot of people do things that involve Radar Guns as well like tracking peoples’ speed or even things like baseball pitching speeds as they watch their sons or daughters games. That is one of the biggest deviations from buying online but when it’s eliminated there’s no reason NOT to buy online. Especially if you don’t have to leave the comfort of your A/C to do so.

Randy got a letter today about the court hearing because Carrie is requesting full custody of Dillion. Guess what… on the case he is listed as a “Possible father” so that right there should guarantee that he gets his DNA test. I just want time to speed up so it can be done. I just want to know whether or not he is the father and his divorce to be finalized so we can all move on with our lives without court proceedings and stuff like that. He got the paper I sent in today as well so he’s filing his final divorce papers asap and that will only require waiting for the final judgment of it to be done. He also saw the parole officer today who got our address verified and Randy had to describe the house so they can find it when they do the house check. I hope to god this all falls into place… I really do.
