Getting everything in order

Monday, June 23rd, 2008

I get wayyyy too excited about my canvasing. I love the feeling when I create a new building or project and today at Joann’s I found a hometown villages book and I just about wet myself. It has some CUTE stuff in it. Perfect timing too considering my Christmas village is close to being done. I cannot waiiiiit to start on these ones. I also finished up my wall project AND managed to buy a 35 gallon tote to organize my closer since they stack so easily. Nice to way remain somewhat organized. Things get scattered when moving from room to room (yes, the mess is still there from December) but when you move your entire house you might want to look into mover NYC if going to NYC to keep your stuff in order so it doesn’t get skewed or broken. We’ve also decided on June 30th as the day we’re going to the amusement park and otherwise this week is all about working and earning my awesome $$$. I managed to get on another payment plan with a credit card company SO 1 more down, 42307343 to go right? I’m trying, one bill at a time.

As I fall down..

Well I did get to talk to him this morning thankfully but it wasn’t long enough and I broke down and bawled because I just had a moment. I also got my work schedule for next week and guess who has to work friday and saturday again? yes, ME. So I’m calling Rose as soon as she’s in her office because I was supposed to have every other weekend off and I haven’t had one off since I started which was the first weekend in MAY, almost 2 full months. I need to see him, there is no questions about it. He keeps me sane. So let’s hope that phone call goes well otherwise…. well I don’t know right now. Once I do get to do that visit though I need to make sure my jimmy is on the road because my brother is going to be needing to get to work. Thankfully my mom is going to insure it for me, otherwise I’d have to do auto insurance comparison and that never turns out pretty. Being young and having tickets/accidents from the past 3 years = VERY high rates. That will change eventually but for now we’ll rely on good old mommy. I’ll pay her the difference instead.
