Invitations
I got an invitation to a Halloween party today from someone who was my best friend until like 10th grade. I’m not going. I guess I like staying in my cocoon outside of everyone from school. Mom and I also got an invite to a baby shower for her best friend’s daughter which we WILL be going to. Now we have to go and search for a gift. She has a registry but who knows. We won’t be buying anything too expensive like strollers, which we’ll leave up her mother and such. I think we’ll go with the typical stuff like clothes. You know how that all goes.

I’m going to be that inappropriate person at baby showers that gets things like penis-shaped pacifiers.. big enough for the mom.

I was also invited to a Halloween party from my aunt, but I am definitely not going due to an experience I had a few years back at her party. Was. not. fun.
I haven’t been to a baby shower since my mom was pregnant with my sister. I enjoyed it, though. Hope you have fun.

Since we don’t celebrate Halloween in Australia, I kind of wish I could be invited to a party
But I don’t think I’d go if I hadn’t been friends with the person for a while.

I actually just went to a friend’s baby shower… You should definitely get some pacifiers. Out of all the people that brought gifts to the shower, I managed to be the only one to get her pacifiers. lol Hope you have a good time! Babies are always a fun topic.
